- Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4. Tariffs & Payments

- In case of a no-show, no refund will be applicable.

- Any behavior causing disturbance, damage, or violation of hotel rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse or unlawful conduct, are strictly prohibited.
7. Damage to Property
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to recover costs for damages or missing items.
8. Hotel Facilities & Services
- Use of hotel facilities is subject to availability and hotel policies.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- Management is not responsible for interruptions caused by power failures, internet downtime, or factors beyond control.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Quick Hotels shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or cash unless deposited with hotel management.
- Guests are advised to take care of their personal items during their stay.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss arising due to guest negligence.
10. Force Majeure
Quick Hotels shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Guest information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data will be used only for booking, service delivery, and legal compliance.
