This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and no-shows.


Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered final and non-refundable under normal circumstances.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

  • Non-availability of the confirmed room category due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Service-related issues directly attributable to hotel operations

  • Inability of the hotel to honor the confirmed reservation

In such cases, hotel management may offer:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • A suitable alternate accommodation

The final decision will remain at the sole discretion of hotel management.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking

  • Refund processing timelines typically range between 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank

  • Any payment gateway or convenience charges are non-refundable


No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show

  • No refund will be applicable in such cases


Force Majeure

Quick Hotels shall not be held liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
